How It All Started

Pet Care USA was founded in 2010 by Sarah Johnson, a lifelong animal lover and certified veterinary technician. What began as a small dog walking service in Chicago with just three clients has grown into a nationwide network of over 1,200 certified pet care professionals.

Sarah's vision was simple: provide reliable, loving care for pets when their owners couldn't be there. She understood the anxiety pet owners feel when leaving their furry family members in someone else's hands, and she was determined to build a service that eliminated that worry.

Today, we serve thousands of pets across all 50 states, but we've never lost sight of our founding principles: treat every pet as if they were our own, and provide peace of mind to every pet owner.
